Privacy policy
This policy describes how we process personal data on salistem.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Contact data: if you write to us through the form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide: name, company, role, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Service delivery data: if your company contracts with salistem, we process the data of contact persons (business contact details) and of training participants: identification, attendance, level, progress and assessment results, including those shown in salistem hub.
- Browsing data: statistical data on site usage, only if you accept analytics cookies (see the cookie policy).
We do not process special categories of data, and we ask you not to include them in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your enquiries and preparing proposals: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to requests received (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Providing the contracted services and managing the relationship (scheduling, tracking in salistem hub, invoicing): performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). Where participants are employees of the client company, salistem processes their data on behalf of that company, as data processor, under a processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
- Managing subsidised training: if your company subsidises the training through FUNDAE (the Spanish state foundation for training in employment), we disclose to FUNDAE and the competent bodies only the data strictly necessary to manage and justify the subsidy.
- Sending you commercial communications or our newsletter: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). If you are already a client, we may inform you about services similar to those contracted, under Article 21.2 of the LSSI-CE. You can unsubscribe at any time from the message itself or by writing to hola@salistem.com.
- Compiling site usage statistics: your consent, given when accepting analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle them and, at most, one year from the last contact.
- Contractual and invoicing data: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, blocked during the statutory limitation periods (as a general rule, six years under the Spanish Commercial Code).
- Newsletter and commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent or object.
- Statistical data: the periods indicated in the cookie policy.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. The recipients are:
- Raiola Networks, S.L., our web hosting provider, with servers in the European Union, acting as data processor.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp; use of that channel is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
- FUNDAE and public authorities, where training is subsidised or a legal obligation exists.
6. International transfers
The use of Google or WhatsApp services may involve data transfers to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Simply write to hola@salistem.com or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing information that allows us to identify you.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid). We would appreciate you contacting us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at companies and professionals. This site is not directed at children under fourteen and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we detect data of a minor without the authorisation of their legal representatives, we will delete it.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of the processing (Art. 32 GDPR), including encryption of communications with the site, access control and limiting the staff with access to the data.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you, nor do we carry out profiling with such effects.
11. Updates
We may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory or site changes. The current version will be published here.
